Meet Coach Lauren❤️

Hi, I’m Lauren!! I trained as a competitive gymnast for 10 years, before continuing my passion for the sport as a coach. I’ve now been coaching at Onyx for 4 years and love seeing gymnasts grow in their confidence and ability.

I particularly enjoy the artistic side of gymnastics — leaps, flexibility, technique, and generally making skills look pretty.

Currently studying a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy, I have a deep interest in helping people do what they love. My studies have strengthened my understanding of movement, development, motivation, and overall wellbeing, which I bring into my coaching to support each gymnast in the best way possible!

Our Spanish classes are now held on Thursdays, and enrolments are OPEN! 🎉

These classes are perfect for children who already understand or know some Spanish, but don’t need to be fluent. We create a fun and supportive environment where kids can build their confidence, improve their communication skills, and enjoy connecting with the Spanish language and culture. 💛
